We were privileged to host an exceptional workshop titled "The Art of the Human Voice," conducted by Fr. Dr. Paul Poovathingal, India's first vocologist and a distinguished disciple of Padmavibhushan Dr. K J Yesudas. Fr. Dr. Poovathingal's illustrious career spans multiple domains—as a composer, playback singer, and music director—and includes the remarkable achievement of being nominated for an Academy Award (Oscar) for his outstanding contributions to music.

The two-hour session provided participants with comprehensive insights into vocal techniques, encompassing practical voice exercises, professional voice care methodologies, and proven strategies for vocal enhancement and refinement. Fr. Dr. Poovathingal's expertise and engaging delivery created an interactive learning environment that was both enlightening and transformative.

A significant number of members actively participated throughout the workshop, demonstrating keen interest in mastering these valuable vocal techniques. The session concluded on a memorable note as Fr. Dr. Poovathingal rendered the classic song "Maana ho tum behad hasin, Aise bure ham bhi nahin..." in his captivating voice, leaving the audience thoroughly enchanted.

The evening also marked the release of the audio edition of Our Management Voice, a pioneering initiative launched this year to enhance accessibility for members with time constraints for traditional reading.
