Women in Business Conclave 2025 & TMA Award Ceremony
The Women in Business Conclave (WIBC), a flagship initiative of the Thrissur Management Association (TMA), is a premier platform aimed at empowering women professionals and entrepreneurs. Since its inception in 2022, WIBC has brought together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to discuss challenges, opportunities, and innovations in the business world. The conclave has hosted over 50 eminent speakers, including Dr. Mallika Sarabhai, Dr. M. Beena IAS, Sandhya IPS, Mayor Beena Philip, and Ms. Sheela Kochouseph, inspiring more than 1,500 participants across four editions. WIBC is renowned for its Rocket Pitch Challenge, which has provided mentorship and growth opportunities to over 100 women-led ventures.
The 2025 edition, themed “Accelerate Action - Build for Generations” will feature inspiring keynotes, dynamic panel discussions on gender equity and sustainability, and networking opportunities. With its focus on leadership development, entrepreneurial growth, and fostering collaboration, WIBC continues to be a transformative event, driving action and building a sustainable future for generations.
