The Women in Business Conclave (WIBC) is a flagship initiative of the Thrissur Management Association (TMA), created to spotlight women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and impact across industries.

Conceived as a serious, dialogue-driven platform, WIBC brings together accomplished leaders from business, governance, law, media, sports, and emerging sectors to share insights, experiences, and practical leadership perspectives.

Beyond inspiration, WIBC focuses on building visibility, credibility, and opportunity for women—especially from Tier-2 and Tier-3 regions—through keynote sessions, panel discussions, and curated networking. The Conclave also hosts the Rocket Pitch Competition, providing a structured stage for women-led enterprises to present their ventures before industry experts.

WIBC continues to grow as a platform that encourages leadership with purpose and enterprise with impact.

The 5th edition of the TMA–ICL Women in Business Conclave (WIBC 2026) will be held on 17th February 2026 at Hyatt Regency, Thrissur.

Centered around the theme “Give to Gain,” WIBC 2026 will feature keynote addresses by distinguished leaders, thought-provoking panel discussions, fireside conversations, and the highly anticipated TMA–BPCL Rocket Pitch Finals, where shortlisted women entrepreneurs pitch their businesses live on stage.

WIBC 2026 aims to bring together leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and aspiring changemakers for a day of meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and inspiration—reinforcing the importance of inclusive leadership and ecosystem-building.
