The inauguration of TMA's activities for the year brought together over 140 participants, including 30 students, for an evening of insight, conversation and community.

The highlight of the programme was an inspiring address by Hon'ble Justice Devan Ramachandran, Judge, High Court of Kerala. Speaking on the role of professional associations, he emphasised their responsibility to build stronger leaders, stronger institutions and a stronger society.

His most memorable takeaway on leadership resonated across the audience: a leader succeeds only when every individual around them succeeds.

The evening extended beyond the keynote. Members engaged Justice Ramachandran in an interactive Q&A, creating an open exchange of ideas and perspectives. For many students, it was their first opportunity to meet and interact personally with a sitting High Court Judge—an experience that left a lasting impression.

The programme also featured TMA President Mr. Seejo Ponnore, who shared the Association's vision for the year ahead, followed by the installation of the TMA Young Leaders Team (YLT) Office Bearers.
