The Shaping Young Minds Programme (SYMP), initiated by AIMA over 19 years ago, is a dynamic platform that engages and motivates young minds across India. Instead of traditional lectures, SYMP features candid conversations with iconic leaders who share their real-life experiences, including successes and failures. Each speaker presents for about 30 minutes, followed by a 45-minute interactive Q&A with panelists selected from Student delegates, making the programme an inspiring and highly acclaimed for management Excellence.

We are delighted to inform you that the All India Management Association (AIMA) has once again chosen the Thrissur Management Association (TMA) to host the prestigious Shaping Young Minds Programme (SYMP). This will be the fifth time that TMA has the honour of hosting this inspiring event, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 22nd January 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the DBCLC A/C Auditorium, East Fort, Thrissur.
